about us
We are an EDS & Hypermobility Physiotherapy clinic focused on exercise prescription and safe manual therapy.
We address joint instability, movement dysfunction, and chronic pain.
We manage coexisting conditions such as dysautonomia, chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), MCAS.
We see patients in person and virtually in a circle of care.
We offer individual sessions and packages options.
We want you to live fully and regain your overall well-being.
we believe in
Correcting dysfunctional movement patterns and addressing the root causes responsible for the symptoms using evidence-based methods.
Restoring Joint Mechanics and muscle tone to optimize muscle activation and coordination.
Enhancing Sensory Input to improve activation of weak areas, strength and coordination (e.g., via electroacupuncture).
Reinforcing Functional Patterns through custom exercises to strengthen neural connections.
Treating beyond symptomatic areas for optimal recovery, also known as regional interdependence.
why our hypermobility clinic
We only see patients with hypermobility and EDS so we’ve perfected the methods that work
clinical and research experience
Our individual sessions & program are designed by former Physiotherapist from the Goodhope EDS clinic (Toronto General Hospital) & published author, who has seen hundreds of patients since 2019
whole body approach
We understand hypermobility is a spectrum of issues and your symptoms go beyond your joints. We will adjust and individualize your program based on other comorbidities, your personal goals and needs.
